The times when words are just not enough A beautiful picture after a tiring day A smile that speaks of love every time The embrace of separation And that of home-coming The laughter in surprise the tears of hurt and lies The satisfaction of a day well-spent. The moment when the heart is filled with happiness  You feel you could die that moment and never regret. The times when the words are just not enough.

The sun-kissed sea The tumbling hushing waves The white muddy sands The present life's absence The water clear, clean Pecking on the feet Cold, almost ruthless The present life's absence The obvious beauty distasteful Its the loneliness The non-familiarity Its not the sadness Its the non-life.

The sand Deceitful defining it Lays there assuring one strong wave Abandoning , high and dry. The sand Comfortably warm, Bathing your feet Mix it with water The pretense of fitting in The impersonation almost accepted. As the water recedes, you see The pathetic week lumps Sticks to your feet Needy and relentless A compulsive whim for a good riddance
